Tamara Scoulidis joined Seashepherd nine months ago as an on-shore volenteer, as this is her first campaign she started as a deckhand but when the chief cook left, she was able to take over and now rules the kitchen, which is spik and span spoiling the crew with suburb vegan dishes. 'I have no experience in cooking' as she smiles 'other than cooking for myself, I just LOVE my food and Seashepherd's filosopy is vegan, it is my passion". Why Seashepherd i asked her? Tamara response was 'It would be hypocritical of us to protect one creature and dine on another".
Tamara serves the 20 crew 3 times a day, during this campaign lunch was for 40 people a day.
