Malcolm Holland, Captain of Seahpherd's 'Steve Irwin' at Campaign Operation Kimberley Miinimbi, Mal is a true sea-gypsie and has been on 6 campaigns with Seashepherd so far and has been with Seashepherd now for 6 years. When Mal is not working with Seashepherd he's a bit of a vagrant and a seafarer and even on land he moves in between places like Queensland, New South Wales, Melbourne and his home country Scotland. But his heart is with Seashepherd as he said, 'I like being at sea and I want it to remain clean, free and alive. Socially, I love the crews and the DIY principles that the group stands for. It isn't the only place where people exercise their creativity in organising together for the cause of the wild, but they're still too few'.
