Ingetje Tadros

The prickly pear is a delightful fruit that grows on cactus plants found along the roadsides of Morocco. These cacti bear fruit in late summer and become heavily laden with it. Street vendors often wear gloves to protect their hands while handling the fruit, as the juice and inner part are sweet.
